Itinerary:

Day 1 – Kazimierz & Schindler Museum & Ghetto

Kazimierz Jewish Quarter / 1h30min / Admission Ticket Free

Begin the tour in Kazimierz, Kraków’s historic Jewish Quarter. For centuries, this area was an independent center of religious, cultural, and commercial life. Walking through its cobbled streets, you’ll pass historic synagogues, former prayer houses, and traditional townhouses. Your guide will introduce the daily life, customs, and traditions that shaped the district before the war.

Schindler Factory Museum / 1h30min / Admission Ticket Included

Continue to Schindler’s Factory Museum, one of Kraków’s most significant historical sites. With skip-the-line access and a licensed guide, explore the exhibition “Kraków under Nazi Occupation 1939–1945.” The museum presents a broad account of wartime Kraków through original documents, photographs, and immersive reconstructions. Within this wider context, you will also learn how Oskar Schindler’s factory became a place of rescue for more than a thousand Jewish workers.

Kraków Jewish Ghetto / 1h / Admission Ticket Free

The day concludes with a walk through the area of the former Kraków Jewish Ghetto. See preserved fragments of the ghetto wall, visit Ghetto Heroes Square with its symbolic Chair Memorial, and pass the Under the Eagle Pharmacy, a place associated with aid provided to ghetto residents. This visit offers deeper insight into the scale of loss and the importance of remembrance.

Day 2 – Wawel Castle, Cathedral & Lunch & Wieliczka Salt Mine

Wawel Castle / 1h / Admission Ticket Included

Begin the second day with a visit to Wawel Castle, Poland’s former royal residence. Explore one of its permanent exhibitions, featuring Renaissance interiors, historic tapestries, paintings, and royal collections.
