        Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins. Once the group has departed, latecomers cannot join and tickets are non-refundable.

        All group tours are conducted in one language, selected when booking.

        A dress code applies for religious sites: no shorts or sleeveless tops; knees and shoulders must be covered.

        Please provide full names of all participants when booking. Bring a valid ID — the name must match your ticket, or entry may be refused.

        Students must carry valid student ID with photo and expiry date for youth discounts.

        In the Salt Mine, temperature is 14–16°C. Bring warmer clothing and note that the tour involves extensive walking and many stairs. Not recommended for guests with mobility, heart, or claustrophobia issues.
